The REALTORS Educational Institute is an Accredited Provider for Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education.

Courses listed below are approved for CLE and for your real estate license CE.  Satisfy both education requirements with the same course.

 10/12/2017 New Agent CE Commercial Module (7hr) | Oct 12 and 19 | 1-4:30 Taught by Marv Levin, ARM, this is a 7 hour "new agent" module (mandatory education elective) for licensees to satisfy their first time continuing education requirement.
 10/17/2017 Understanding Homeowners and Rental Properties Insurance (3.5 hr) | Oct 17 | 1-4:30 PM Our instructor for this course is Mac McIlrath, CRB, CLU, CIC. Mac served as RAMP President in 1993. This is a 3.5 hour CE course. The following topics will be discussed: ◾Sales Agreement regarding Fire/Homeowners policies ◾Property Coverage - Section I Perils (Cause of Loss) Coverage ◾Liability Coverage - Section II of Homeowners ◾Insurance Underwriting Procedures
 10/24/2017 Real Estate Ethics (3.5 hours) | Oct 24 | 1-4:30 pm Mary Lynne Deets, M.Ed GREEN, GRI, SRES will teach Real Estate Ethics, an approved 3.5 hour continuing education course. All REALTORS® are required by the National Association of REALTORS® to complete Ethics training every two years. The current biennial cycle will end Dec. 31, 2018. Our course meets this requirement and provides you with 3.5 hours of continuing education at the same time!
 11/13/2017 Property Assessment in PA (residential focus) (3.5 hr) | Nov 13 | 9 AM - 12:30 PM Instructor Michael J Suley, CPE, CRB, CRS, GRI, a state licensed Real Estate Broker and State Certified Assessor and past RAMP President, will deliver a presentation on property assessment and appeal processes in the State of Pennsylvania. Mike teaches all over the State and has a wealth of information based on his impressive work experience in the field.
 11/14/2017 *Required Rules & Regulations* (3.5 hours) | Nov 14 | 1-4:30 pm Mary Lynne, M.Ed, GREEN, SRES will teach the Commission-mandated CE course "Required Rules and Regulations", an approved 3.5 hour continuing education course. The Commission implemented new policy requiring that all licensees take at least three hours of continuing education during the 2016-2018 renewal in topics related to commission rules and regulations. (Our course is 3.5 hours)
 11/15/2017 New Agent CE Residential Module (7hr) | Nov 15 | 9-4:30 p.m. Taught by Suzanne Gruneberg, ABR, CRS, GREEN, GRI SRES this is the 7 hour mandatory course for salespersons to satisfy their first continuing education requirement. (If this is the first time you are satisfying your CE requirement, you must take the 7 hour General Module and either the 7 hour New Agent Residential or the 7 hour New Agent Commercial practice specific modules.)
 11/20/2017 Commercial Leasing (3.5 hr) | Nov 20 | 9-12:30 Taught by Marv Levin, ARM, this course explains the fundamentals of commercial leasing. It is suitable for commercial and "resi-mercial" practitioners but is open to all interested residential agents as well.
 11/21/2017 New Agent CE General Module (7hr) | Nov 21 | 9-4:30 Taught by Mary Lynne Deets, M.Ed, SRES, GREEN, this is the 7 hour mandatory course for salespersons to satisfy their first continuing education requirement. The instructor will explain insurance terminology and uncover particulars relative to the four rating factors for commercial insurance, covered perils, and loss valuation provisions.
