 09/05/2017 Real Estate Brokerage and Office Management (30 hrs - 2 credits) Sept 5 - Oct 31 | 9 AM - 12:30 PM Chris Ross, GRI, SRES will teach Brokerage and Office Management, a required course in broker's licensing education. Class meets mainly on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
 09/07/2017 Real Estate Law (30 hrs - 2 credits) | Sept 7- Oct 26 | 9 AM - 12:30 PM Lawrence D. Brudy, Esq. teaches the required broker course, Real Estate Law. This class meets most Thursday mornings plus a couple Wednesdays.
 09/07/2017 *Required Rules & Regulations* (3.5 hours) | Sept 7 | 1-4:30 pm Mary Lynne, M.Ed, GREEN, SRES will teach the Commission-mandated CE course "Required Rules and Regulations", an approved 3.5 hour continuing education course. The Commission implemented new policy requiring that all licensees take at least three hours of continuing education during the 2016-2018 renewal in topics related to commission rules and regulations. (Our course is 3.5 hours)
 09/07/2017 Residential Construction (30 hrs - 2 credits) | Sept 7 - Oct 26 | 5:30-9:30 p.m. Here’s an opportunity to learn housing construction from the ground up. This course will begin with an overview of housing trends and construction terminology. You’ll then walk step-by-step through the mazes of zoning, building codes, excavation, financing, and mechanical systems.This is a 2 credit Broker class. If you have not experienced selling new construction this is a great class to learn all about the new construction process. Your instructor, Keith Scheidemantle is an experienced builder with over 30 years in the business.

 09/12/2017 Commercial Finance (3.5 hr) | Sept 12 | 1-4:30 PM Instructor: Ed Wielgus This course is designed for but not limited to those in commercial real estate. Students will learn the principles of commercial real estate finance. The instructor will uncover what constitutes a cash flow, explain collateral analysis, and clarify how banks underwrite the commercial real estate loan. This course provides knowledge on market fluctuations, government regulations, economic influences on commercial real estate, and much more.
