Along with Real Estate Law, this is one of the Real Estate Commission's two mandatory courses for earning a broker license. Take a practical look at the management of a brokerage operation. The course covers all phases of the management function, including planning/organization, budgets, recruiting, human resource development, and market strategies. The instructor weaves his own experiences as a successful company owner into the course.

Attend class on Tuesdays from Sep. 7 to Oct. 26, 2010. Each session runs from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the REALTORS® Educational Institute headquarters (1427 W. Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh - map & directions). Please arrive 15 minutes early on September 7th for registration.
