An experienced, local real estate attorney will explore existing laws and emerging legal developments in residential and commercial real estate. Topics include: how ownership is held, partnerships, corporations, transfer of interest, contract law, and the law of agency, and site valuation — all of which influence your daily practice. This course is mandated by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite for earning a broker license.
- Credit: 3 broker credits (45 hours); also counts for 14 hours of real estate salesperson continuing education for the 2012-14 renewal cycle.

WHEN & WHERE
Attend class on Thursday evenings from Sept. 30 to Dec. 9, 2010. Each session runs from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00p.m. at the REALTORS Educational Institute headquarters (1427 W. Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh - map & directions). Please arrive 15 minutes early on September 30th for registration.
