To earn a Pennsylvania real estate broker's license, you must complete 240 hours (16 credits) of state-approved education. At the conclusion of each class, you'll be tested on the material you've learned. After you pass that test, the REALTORS® Educational Institute will send you a transcript to include with your broker exam application. It's that simple! Two classes (Real Estate Law and Brokerage and Office Management) are prerequisites for the license. Click here to download a sheet that details your broker education requirements. By taking any course below, you would also fulfill your entire 14-hour continuing education obligation for the 2008-10 sales license renewal period.
