Transcripts

NOTE: The Real Estate Commission did not require students to submit education transcripts at the time of applying for license renewal. However, the Commission will randomly select several thousand students during the summer of 2008 for a compliance audit. This means you may be asked to furnish transcripts to verify the affidavit you signed swearing that you had completed 14 hours of approved classes. All REALTORS® Educational Institute students receive paper transcripts in the mail within one month of their course completion(s).
