As a result of this course the student will be able to use a variety of negotiating stretegies and tactics in the negotiation of real estate transactions on behalf of their Buyer & Seller Clients. The student will also understand the four main people patterns and how they will need to adjust their negotiating style based on the personality type of the other party.
