Earn your Pennsylvania real estate license:

Before taking your real estate license exam in Pennsylvania, you're required to complete two 30-hour classes: 1) Real Estate Fundamentals and 2) Real Estate Practice. The REALTORS® Educational Institute offers two cost-effective, local options for doing so.

Benefit from the knowledge of our professional instructors, who have decades of hands-on experience as real estate salespeople and brokers. For each class, you will attend six sessions (three Monday evenings and three Wednesday evenings or three Tuesday and three Thursday evenings) at our location in Pittsburgh. For a total tuition of only $405, you will receive both classes and all required study materials.

New classes form every month; see our 2010 calendar below. Click on any course name for information or to register.

Pursue self-guided study at your convenience via our online classes. The course content matches what you would learn in the classroom, and the tuition for each online class is just $175.

(Did you know? All online pre-license classes require you to complete a proctored (i.e. "in person") exam in front of a state-approved educator. Don't get stuck with an out-of-state provider with no local facilities. With our pre-license program, you can schedule the exam at your leisure at our headquarters in Pittsburgh.)
