Whether you're seeking an agent's license, a broker license, or finishing your continuing education requirements, the REALTORS® Educational Institute offers Pennsylvania-approved online classes to fit your needs.
You may finish any course at your leisure. Log in and out as you please and take as many sittings as you need. Each course will remain active for six months; you can purchase extensions if necessary. (Please note: Purchasing an extension will not postpone the deadline for license renewal.)

Pre-license classes online
Before completing the Pennsylvania real estate license exam, you must complete two basic skills courses: Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice. We offer both classes online for only $175 a piece. After finishing an online pre-license course in Pennsylvania, you are required to pass a proctored test (i.e., in person in front of an approved instructor) to pass the class and move on to your license exam. Don't get stuck with an out-of-state provider: We offer proctored tests right here in Pittsburgh five days a week.
Earn broker credit online
Via online learning, you can earn two of the 16 credits needed for a broker's license. We're pleased to offer Valuation of Residential Properties, a two-credit (30 hour) online broker course that covers the principles and practices of real estate appraisal and valuation analysis.
