It is an honor and privilege to return to RAMP on the heels of a milestone year.  As RAMP moves into its 2^nd Century, my goal is to work with our leadership to keep REALTORS® at the heart of the transaction. Our role in the industry and in the community evolves,  but never ceases to be important and vital.  

My responsibility as your Executive Vice President is clear: Association Management.   [JR1]  That charge comes with a multitude of duties handed down from our line officers and our Board of Directors. This year, I will devote my energy into re-evaluating every program, product and service to ensure that they directly support our membership in doing business better.

To carry out the mission of being the local voice of real estate and protect private property rights, RAMP will continue to spread the good news about the uniqueness and stability of our region. We will continue to dispel myths about homeownership with solid facts and promote the value of homeownership to the public and media through our “Pittsburgh… the Right Choice Campaign,” and media relations.

We urge you to be our partner and get involved! Your support through membership and committee service are the keys that keep our Constitutional right of real property ownership central to our local, state, and federal legislators, thereby benefitting the clients you serve.
