Grab a Sharpie, it's time for local redistricting


The 2010 Census also has local implications for Allegheny County residents, with shifts in resident numbers requiring the County Council districts be redrawn a bit.  The greatest amount of growth was seen in seats held by Republicans, however County Council's redistricting it not expected to result any party changes on Council.  Council is aiming for each of the 13 Council Districts to have between 92,000 - 96,000 people.
