REALTOR of the Year Nomination form

Each year the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh honors a person as REALTOR® of the Year. The purpose of this award is to honor an active member whose efforts have resulted in significant benefit to our REALTOR® organization, the profession and the community at large.

To put this honor in perspective note that many REALTORS® volunteer considerable time on behalf of our members, achieve outstanding business accomplishments and engage in community or public service. These achievements are recognized separately by a Lifetime Achievement Award, Distinguished Service Award and Andron Epiphanon Fraternity.

The REALTOR® as an ethical professional and a primary member for at least five consecutive years, the person has made a meritorious contribution that

a) enhances the ability of the REALTOR® organization (local, state and/or national) to better serve its members; and/or
b) enhances the ability of real estate professionals to better serve consumers in Pennsylvania; and/or
c) enhances the quality of life for people in the community.

Because this is the Association’s highest honor the REALTOR® of the Year Committee endeavors to select the most deserving REALTOR® by soliciting nominations from a wide range of sources and basing its selection on the qualifications set forth above.
