The National Flood Insurance Program expires September 30, 2017. This pending expiration would negatively affect homeowners and potential homeowners in flood-prone areas.
Once again, City of Pittsburgh council members are considering increasing the realty transfer tax, the highest in Western Pennsylvania, to fund an affordable housing trust. Visit the Voter Voice section for details.
