 05/06/2021 Real Estate Sales (30 hrs - 2 credits) Thursdays, May 6 - June 6, 2021 | 9 AM - 3 PM Zoom Ginny Frank, Associate Broker, ABR, GRI will teach Real Estate Sales, for broker candidates. This course gives you two broker credits and it is 30 hours. This course covers the transaction cycle, prospecting techniques, advertising and marketing, qualifying buyers, showing properties, negotiation, financing and more.
 09/01/2021 Real Estate Finance (45 hrs - 3 credits) | Sept 1 - Nov 10, 2021 | 3-7 PM Zoom Real Estate Finance will be taught by finance expert, Ed Wielgus. This is a Commission developed 45 hour course with 3 credits for broker candidates. This course is also approved for CE credit.

ONLINE Broker Courses

You can earn four of the 16 required credits online with Valuation of Residential Properties and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, both two-credit, 30-hour courses. When completed, you can take the required proctored exam at our convenient location in Pittsburgh.

To earn a Pennsylvania real estate broker's license, you must complete 240 hours (16 credits) of state-approved education. At the conclusion of each class, you'll be tested on the material you've learned. After you pass that test, the REALTORS® Educational Institute will send you a transcript to include with your broker exam application. It's that simple!
