READ HERE TO FIND OUT WHAT CLASSES A "NEW AGENT" NEEDS TO TAKE.

1. New agents who received their real estate license after December 1, 2019 and experienced agents who are taking continuing education for the first time in Pennsylvania (first-timers) are required to take 14 hours of continuing education in specific, mandatory Commission-developed courses.
2. All new agents and first-timers must take the New Agent General Module (7 hours) plus their choice of either the New Agent Residential (7 hours) or the New Agent Commercial electives (7 hours).
3. Licensees who take the “new agent” courses are exempt from the Commission’s mandatory topic requirement.
