REAL ESTATE ONLINE COURSE INFORMATION: All real estate pre-license and broker courses in Pennsylvania require a proctored exam with the education provider. REALTORS Educational Institute proctors exams at our Pittsburgh location Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you are not local the School may, at their discretion, work with a proctor in your area. After you pass our School's exams, you will move on to take the State of PA Exam licensing exam. If you need a transcript, contact REALTORS Educational Institute at 412-561-2682. Allow two weeks.
